We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable

Refrigeration Technician Apprentice

to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems while gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed technicians.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment Support journeyman technicians on job sites with tools, materials, and setup Maintain a clean and safe work environment Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures Communicate professionally with clients and team members Complete work orders and documentation accurately Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

Enrolled in or eligible for a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic apprenticeship program Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous HVAC or construction experience (asset, but not required)

Work Location

Primarily on the road throughout central and northern Nova Scotia Reporting to:

475 MacElmon Road, Unit 1, Debert, NS

Schedule

Monday to Friday, daytime hours Occasional flexibility based on customer scheduling needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
