WayCool Refrigeration Ltd. is looking to add a hardworking, motivated individual to our growing team! Whether you're progressing through your apprenticeship or already hold your Red Seal, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Overview:

As part of our HVAC/Refrigeration team, you'll work alongside experienced technicians on a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including:

Heat pump installations (ductless & central) Refrigeration service & repairs Geothermal & solar support work General HVAC diagnostics, maintenance & troubleshooting
We are a Nova Scotia Power Authorized Installer and a Preferred Partner with Efficiency Nova Scotia, giving you hands-on experience with the latest industry standards and technologies.

What We're Looking For Registered HVAC Apprentice (Block 1-4) or Red Seal Technician Strong willingness to learn, work hard, independently troubleshoot and grow within the company. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license (required). Comfortable working in all weather conditions. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Willing to work independently as well as part of a team.
