Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice (313A) - Niagara Region

Location:

Beamsville, Ontario

Pay:

$25-$35/hr (Apprentice) | $40-$45/hr (Licensed 313A Mechanic)

Hours:

35-45 hours/week (Shifts typically 7 AM-5 pm or 8 am-4 pm)

Position Summary

Our client is currently seeking a

3rd or 4th year Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Apprentice (313A)

or a

Licensed 313A Mechanic

to join their team of Service Technicians in the Niagara Region. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced technicians on a range of commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects.



This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Commercial HVAC systems; limited residential projects Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver professional, courteous service to commercial clients Accurately complete work orders and documentation

Qualifications

Registered as a 3rd or 4th year apprentice in the 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic trade OR a fully licensed 313A Mechanic Minimum 2 years of HVAC on the job experience Valid G Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Reliable, safety-conscious, and easy to get along with Working at Heights certification Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
