K?R isn't your average Pilates studio. We're bold, high-intensity, and resistance-based -- with a deep obsession for form, flow, and control. Our method is powerful, precise, and built for real results.

We're opening our Woodbridge location in July 2025, and we're looking for instructors who bring elevated energy, technical excellence, and a genuine passion for movement. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and love helping clients transform through intelligent, high-quality Pilates, we want to meet you.

Duties

Lead group Pilates classes with attention to precision, safety, and proper technique. Offer personalized modifications and guidance to support a variety of fitness levels and abilities. Cultivate a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment that encourages member growth and consistency. Stay current with industry trends, movement techniques, and continuing education opportunities. Build genuine relationships with members to support retention and long-term satisfaction. Ensure the studio space remains clean, organized, and professional before, during, and after each session.

Requirements - Who We're Looking For:

Certification from a recognized Pilates training program is required Reformer experience and confidence teaching group classes High-energy, high-performance, and committed to high standards Precision-focused -- form, alignment, and control are non-negotiables Comfortable leading fast-paced, strength-driven sessions Passionate about people, community, and elevated coaching Previous experience in a boutique Pilates or high-intensity studio is a strong asset CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus

Timeline

Training begins mid-July.

Studio doors open soon after.
