is looking for a well-rounded

Refinish Technician

to join their repair team in

Calgary, AB

. In this position you will focus primarily on all aspects required to support the paint department.

We offer flat rate with the opportunity to earn an additional production bonus up to $3 per hour based on efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a licensed Refinish Technician. Journeyperson or Red Seal certification is an asset. Strong understanding of management system and shop procedures. Strong knowledge of prepping/painting. Valid drivers license is mandatory.

Career Overview/Responsibilities:

Adhere to all Health and Safety programs and participate in Health and Safety meetings to ensure the shop is in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Preparing vehicles and vehicle parts for painting. Masking and sanding of vehicles and parts prior to painting. Buffing, wet sanding and polishing of painted vehicles. Attend all daily and/or weekly production meetings. General shop clean up and any other duties required from Location Manager.
