Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires individuals who are passionate about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cashiering, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to help create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
