Join our dynamic team as a

Red Seal Carpenter

and play a pivotal role in our construction projects. As a Red Seal Carpenter, you will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work, leading projects, and mentoring apprentices. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and execution of our high-standard projects.

We have a shop located in St Adolphe, Manitoba to store the trailer and tools if needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Lead a team of carpenters and apprentices, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and clients to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
The Ideal Candidate:

Demonstrates exceptional carpentry skills with a strong attention to detail. Has leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and train apprentices. Is proactive, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and able to lift upwards of 50lbs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Has a truck to pull a trailer. Comes with tools.
Qualifications:

Red Seal Certification in Carpentry. Experience in residential and/or commercial carpentry. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proven track record of managing and completing carpentry projects to a high standard.

Pay: From $43.00 per hour
