Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team at Exceldor in Blumenort, Manitoba. This position is crucial for ensuring the fabrication and welding of components meet our high standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our operations success.

Responsibilities

-Fabricate and weld industrial components according to specifications and blueprints.
-Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements.
-Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role in an industrial setting.
-Strong skills in welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
-Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
-Red Seal Certificate
-Ability to work in refrigerated environment
-Knowledge of safety regulations related to welding and fabrication work.
-Ability to follow all HACCP requirements that come along with working in a food production facility.
-Conscientious and punctual character.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.79-$42.53 per hour
