Red Seal Carpenters complete tasks provided by the Operations Manager. Red Seal Carpenters must have a minimum of 10-12 years experience, a strong understanding of math, be capable of using hand and power tools efficiently and effectively, and are expected to oversee job site maintenance and workflow as directed by Operations Manager. Will be expected to lead crews as needed.

Responsibilities:

Take instructions from Operations Manager Assist Carpenters to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Understand all Design & Architectural drawings for upcoming projects Use all hand tools and power tools with no supervision Lift 50lbs-70lbs daily Demonstrate a strong understanding of math, including fractions, geometry, metric & imperial Record daily activities digitally to be submitted to the Operations team on a weekly basis. Understand and manage short term workflow of ongoing projects

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of carpentry/construction experience Must have Red Seal or equivalent experience*
Ability to lift 50-70lbs on a daily basis Have a strong understanding of math, including fractions, geometry, metric & imperial. Extensive knowledge of house framing, deck framing, window & door hanging, and finish work

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm

Occasional holidays upon request

Operating hours are between 7am-6pm with standard hours being 8am-4pm.
