We're seeking a

full-time, talented, and experienced Carpenter

to join our expanding team in the East Kootenay region. This is your chance to work on a variety of high-quality residential and commercial projects, alongside a motivated and supportive crew that takes pride in every detail.

What You'll Do

Perform all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry, including framing, finishing, renovations, and new builds. Collaborate with the Foreman or Site Superintendent to complete tasks efficiently, safely, and with pride. Work directly with clients and teammates to deliver projects on time and to exceptional standards. Contribute ideas and craftsmanship to unique, high-quality spaces that families and businesses are proud to call their own. Maintain site cleanliness, professionalism, and positive communication at all times.

Cranbrook, BC and surrounding areas

Hours:

Full-time (35-45 hours/week), occasional overtime as required

What You Bring

Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial) Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to lead or assist a small crew and complete projects on time and on budget Problem-solving mindset and initiative to go beyond expectations Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus qualifications:

Red Seal / Gold Seal Carpenter Certification NCSO designation or strong safety background
