Position Summary:
Under the joint direction of the Academic Directors of the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) and the Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management (GCHM), the Recruitment Officer for the Healthcare Management Programs plays a central role in attracting talented, diverse, and mission-aligned professionals to our programs. The successful candidate will represent the Faculty at recruitment events locally, nationally, and internationally; guide prospective applicants through the full recruitment cycle; and cultivate long-term relationships with candidates, students, and external partners. This position requires exceptional relationship-building abilities, forward thinking, and familiarity with professional and executive-education learners.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in establishing the long-term recruitment plan for IMHL and GCHM, including annual targets, priority geographies, sectors, and recruitment channels.

• Create compelling recruitment materials, presentations, workshops, and information sessions tailored to global executive-level audiences.

• Plan, organize, and deliver local, national, and international recruitment tours (up to 6-8 weeks of travel per year).

• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to implement long-term branding, outreach, and digital recruitment plans for the programs.

• Support the creation and continuous improvement of marketing content, including website updates, campaign assets, social media posts, email sequences, landing pages, and program collateral.

• Engage with prospective candidates through email, virtual and in-person meetings, webinars, open houses, and speaking engagements about the IMHL and GCHM programs.

• Conduct pre-assessment interviews with prospective students to evaluate program fit and readiness.

• Contribute actively to the programs' social media presence, including content development, posting, monitoring engagement, and optimizing reach.

• Maintain strong relationships with alumni, healthcare partners, employers, and referral networks to generate sustained interest and high-quality applications.

• Track all prospective-student interactions and pipeline metrics in the Faculty's CRM system; produce regular recruitment analytics reports and data insights for pro-active decision-making.

• Monitor trends in executive education, healthcare leadership, and global recruitment to inform the unit's overall strategic plan and program positioning.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Graduate degree is an asset; experience in executive education, higher education recruitment, or healthcare-related recruitment is highly valued. Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (spoken and written). Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior professionals, executives, and international learners. Client-focused, creative, authentic communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse professional audiences. Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem (local, national, or international) is a strong asset. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Minimum 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate, etc.) and comfort working in a digital-first, analytics-driven ecosystem. Competence in website editing tools, Microsoft Office, digital communications platforms, and marketing automation systems. Availability for national and international travel. English and French, spoken and written, required, additional languages an asset.
