By leveraging modern marketing methods and tactics, you will help attract top talent in the market and enhance our clients\' employer brand presence.Key AccountabilitiesEmployer Branding Strategy:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their employer brand objectives and develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for employer brand positioning.
  • Develop and maintain employer brand guidelines and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Recruitment Marketing Campaigns:
  • Partner with hiring managers to create targeted recruitment marketing campaigns that resonate with the desired talent audience.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, email marketing, and digital advertising, to promote job opportunities and employer brand messages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and maximize candidate engagement.
Talent Attraction and Sourcing:
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Leverage creative approaches and innovative sourcing techniques to reach and engage diverse talent pools.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, professional organizations, and talent communities to expand the reach of recruitment efforts.
Employer Brand Activation:
  • Plan and execute employer brand activation events, such as employer branding workshops, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between employer brand messaging and employee experiences.
  • Measure and report on the impact of employer brand activation initiatives, including attendee feedback and brand sentiment.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Conduct regular analysis of recruitment marketing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Recommend and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them to the recruitment context.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns and marketing tools.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
  • Proficiency in using recruitment marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content for diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
