Key Responsibilities
Conduct
phone screenings
with candidates and document detailed notes.
Assist during
group interviews
, taking notes and helping evaluate candidate performance.
Coordinate with
hiring managers
to schedule interviews and keep candidate pipelines organized.
Support with
administrative recruitment tasks
, including applicant tracking and reporting.
Help ensure a smooth, professional, and positive
candidate experience
from start to finish.
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication skills, especially for candidate phone calls.
Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking and organizational abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and online communication tools.
Interest in recruitment, HR, or nonprofit management.
