We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our People team and provide recruitment support. If you\xe2\x80\x99re a creative thinker and have an innate ability to get things done, we want to hear from you! Working closely with our People team you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to run full cycle recruitment. We want to see your creative side to help develop strategy and improve processes to ensure we\xe2\x80\x99re being as effective as possible! The base salary for this role is: $55,000-$75,000 What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

  • Coordinate full cycle recruitment for multiple roles
  • Work to implement new recruitment initiatives aligned with company goals and strategies to attract talent.
  • Develop and grow candidate pipelines by building relationships with applicants through job postings (organic) and cold emailing (via LinkedIn etc) potential candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to write and manage job postings for open positions
  • Build strong relationships with our internal managers to understand their current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes, conduct video screens and schedule interviews across different time zones for hiring teams
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interviewing process
  • Submit background check requests and conduct reference checks
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for process or system improvements in the recruitment process
  • Draft offers and documents relating to employment matters as requested
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • Prior work experience that involved helping coordinate recruitment and interviewing. Ideally you\xe2\x80\x99ve been involved in the hiring process
  • Excellent communication skills with natural energy and ability to network and build successful relationships
  • Strong nose for talent with success in finding the diamond in the rough
  • Strong administration and organization skills in a fast paced environment, bonus if it\xe2\x80\x99s tech or a startup!
  • Good experience with various online tools and databases with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize
