: Recruitment Coordinator / Recruiter

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to track applicant progress.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote company hiring initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and reporting to management.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and enhance employer branding.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
• Experience in dental staffing or healthcare recruitment is an asset.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and techniques for different job roles.
• Ability to network and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
