Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum

Summary:



The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks such as support preparing offer packages, organizing job fairs, and coordinating high-volume recruitment logistics across multiple locations. The role also involves maintaining and enhancing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and providing comprehensive support to recruiters and the broader talent team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.



Responsibilities:



Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation. Organize and support job fairs, open houses, and recruitment events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up. Manage logistics of each high volume recruiting initiative across the locations in a coordinated and efficient manner. Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring statuses. Collaborate with recruiters to manage high-volume hiring pipelines and ensure timely candidate progression. Monitor recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Generate and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics and progress. Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment standards throughout the recruitment process. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Competencies & Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role. Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g.,Dayforce, SmartSheets, etc). High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Digitally proficient with strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and various Social Media platforms Ability to travel as needed with a valid G drivers' licence Strong respect for and adherence to confidentiality
