Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator (Co-Op) for a 4-month co-op term to add to our team in Woodbridge, ON. The incumbent will perform various administrative tasks and support our TA/HR department's daily activities. The responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities:Participate in job intake meetings to understand role requirements and assist with building recruitment and sourcing strategies. Review applications and move candidates to screening step in an applicant tacking system (Workday). Conduct initial phones screens when required. Assist with building candidate pools using LinkedIn Recruiter. Schedule internal and external candidate interviews; collaborate with interview teams for their availability. Draft candidate offers and manage candidate background check process. Ensure candidate hiring documents are appropriately saved and the new hire file is complete for processing. Assist with candidate pre-boarding and onboarding tasks. Participate in organizing company events and career days both on and off site. Prepare recruitment related reports as needed.

Qualifications:University or College degree in Human Resources management or relevant field. Basic knowledge of labour legislations in Ontario. Ability to utilize social media to advertise and share open roles for larger candidate reach Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases. Experience with MS Office. Understanding of full cycle recruiting. Organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
