Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island\xe2\x80\x99s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.

The Human Resources team at Naturally Pacific Resort is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to execute the full cycle recruitment process for the property. This will be achieved through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as developing new and creative recruitment strategies. The role is critical in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent by networking through industry contacts, employees, college recruiting initiatives, and career fairs.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and employees.
• Advance level of MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a results-focused environment
• High level of personal integrity
• Previously tourism & hospitality experience considered an asset
