The Big Task
You will help Dr. HVAC source, contact and recruit the best talent for our organization.
Key Sub Tasks
Consult with our leadership team to determine competencies required to perform the jobs.
Take charge of our applicant tracking software and ensure it's being used efficiently and effectively.
Network the public and contact people to find candidates who may not be actively searching for a new job.
Contact new applicants and screen them using pre-determined criteria.
Use your "natural people skills" to attract talent who enjoy working at a company who cares about their people.
Qualifications
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes (preferred)
Strong communication skills for effective candidate engagement
Ability to conduct phone and in-person interviews
Proficiency in HR sourcing and utilizing ATS tools (preferred)
Experience in lead generation and cold calling techniques (preferred)
Knowledge of employee relations and training & development practices (preferred)
