Position Overview
Autodesk is hiring two Recruiting Coordinators to support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of active hiring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and delivering a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Internally at Autodesk, this position is known as a Candidate Support Advisor. As part of our Candidate Support Advisor team, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to coordinate interviews, manage hiring workflows, and ensure candidates feel informed and supported throughout the recruitment process. This role frequently supports hiring across North America and Latin America.
This role can be performed in a hybrid setting and can be based in either Montreal or Toronto, Canada.
ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support to recruiters and hiring managers across the AMER regions
Post job openings in alignment with compliance and internal standards
Coordinate and schedule interviews using Workday and automated scheduling tools
Communicate clearly with candidates, recruiters and teams to confirm availability, answer questions, and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
Ensure candidates receive accurate, up-to-date documentation and information throughout the interview process
Manage hiring transactions, workflows, and data accuracy in Workday and other HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Maintain accurate recruiting activity records in our systems
Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Generate reports or provide hiring data as requested
Support team members with workload
Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in a service-oriented role within a professional or corporate environment
Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR teams (corporate or agency experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with clear, professional communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively with multiple partners and teams
Comfortable adapting to change and learning new tools and processes
Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and systems (e.g., HR systems, CRMs, scheduling tools, AI-enabled tools)
Preferred QualificationsExperience in a centralized or high-volume recruiting environment
Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR/ticketing systems
General knowledge of HR practices beyond recruiting (e.g., policies, compliance, compensation, or benefits)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is an asset
Spanish (written and spoken) is an asset, as this role may occasionally support hiring activities and candidate communication in Latin America

Communiquer clairement avec les candidats, les recruteurs et les equipes afin de confirmer leur disponibilite, de repondre a leurs questions et de resoudre rapidement les conflits d'horaires
S'assurer que les candidats recoivent des documents et des informations precis et a jour tout au long du processus d'entretien
Gerer les transactions d'embauche, les flux de travail et l'exactitude des donnees dans Workday et d'autres systemes RH (par exemple, ServiceNow)
Tenir a jour des registres precis des activites de recrutement dans nos systemes
Identifier les possibilites d'ameliorer l'experience des candidats et l'efficacite de la planification
Generer des rapports ou fournir des donnees sur le recrutement a la demande
Assister les membres de l'equipe dans leur charge de travail
Qualifications minimalesAu moins deux ans d'experience dans un role axe sur les services dans un environnement professionnel ou en entreprise
Experience dans le soutien aux equipes de recrutement, d'acquisition de talents ou de ressources humaines (experience en entreprise ou en agence preferee)
Grand souci du detail et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement en constante evolution
Esprit oriente client et competences de communication claires et professionnelles
Solides competences en matiere d'organisation et de gestion du temps
Capacite a travailler efficacement avec plusieurs partenaires et equipes
Aptitude a s'adapter au changement et a apprendre de nouveaux outils et processus
Competences techniques, avec une experience dans l'utilisation d'outils et de systemes numeriques (par exemple, systemes RH, CRM, outils de planification, outils bases sur l'IA)
Qualifications souhaiteesExperience dans un environnement de recrutement centralise ou a fort volume
Connaissance de Workday, ServiceNow ou de systemes RH/de gestion des tickets similaires
Connaissance generale des pratiques RH au-dela du recrutement (par exemple, politiques, conformite, remuneration ou avantages sociaux)
Solides competences en resolution de problemes et etat d'esprit proactif et oriente vers l'amelioration
La maitrise du francais (ecrit et parle) est un atout
