Title: Recruitment Brand Ambassador - Bilingual
Candidate must be local to Quebec region.
Duration: Long term contract
French a Must Have - Fluent in both written and spoken French.
Experience: Possess a background in marketing, branding and recruiting or variation of all 3
Flexibility: Able to travel as required by client needs in and around the Quebec market.

Recruitment Brand Ambassador shall deploy and monitor local and/or community-based recruiting strategies that create awareness of employer brand, promote openings, and increase applicant flow. Recruitment Brand Ambassador shall communicate hiring needs by building relationships with groups and associations within an assigned geography of North America and promote awareness through community outreach efforts such as hiring events, marketing and advertising, social media posts, and identify new ways of creating one-to-one strategies to reach the labor market.

Responsibilities:

  • Hosting sponsored events, attending third-party recruiting events enacting on all grass roots efforts (e.g., technical schools, community outreach), etc.
  • Drive hires from community outreach by:
  • Building relationships with community-based leaders regarding hiring needs for Band K
  • Develop monthly check-in/cadence of communication.
  • Develop strategies with organizations.
  • Develop community expertise for alternative sourcing opportunities and be able to influence hiring managers and recruiters.
Events Responsibility:
  • Attend and represent Client in local community, diversity, workforce, college/university hiring events.
  • Ensure there is appropriate collateral for events such as banners, tablecloths, handouts, and giveaways.
  • Identify and coordinate advertising efforts in region.
  • Build networking opportunities.
  • Review and analyse market competitive data, competitive intelligence; report back on a quarterly basis (or as needed based upon hiring need)
  • Brand Ambassador will have access to tools for planning, building, and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, content creators, and designers, all the while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
  • A bachelor\'s degree is not required, but someone with recruiting experience is needed.
