Recruitment Services The Recruitment & Compensation Consultant is the subject matter expert in job evaluation, compensation and recruitment. This position provides guidance and advice to hiring leaders as they develop and execute their recruitment plans and oversees the processes for job evaluation and compensation analysis for non-union positions. The Consultant will determine appropriate sourcing, recruitment and selection tools; negotiate job offers, validate job content, and complete compensation and salary review analysis. The Consultant will oversee the development and maintenance of effective and efficient systems, processes, and procedures and the day-to-day recruitment and job evaluation work by providing guidance and mentorship for team members. What we offer:
Rate of Pay: $40.27 per hour - $50.34 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have:
Undergraduate Degree in Business - Human Resources, or as acceptable by the hospital
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Registered Professional Recruiter - Preferred
Minimum five (5) years recent, related job experience in a high volume recruitment setting
Knowledge of talent management and full cycle recruitment best practices
Highly developed consulting skills to provide advice, guidance and influence leaders
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Employment Legislation, HR policies and practices and employee rights and obligations
Ability to build collaborative partnerships to achieve results
Facilitation and networking skills
Strategic and organizational awareness
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, social media and corporate productivity tools
Detailed and results oriented
Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC\xe2\x80\x99s Mission, Vision and Values
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
Immunization Requirements:
Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
