ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Recruiting Coordinator at Salt, your primary responsibilities will revolve around facilitating the recruitment process and supporting the recruitment team. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage schedules and reference checks will be crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Coordinate and conduct reference checks for potential candidates, verifying their qualifications and suitability for roles
Support with employee referrals
Assist in managing recruitment-related documents and data, maintaining accurate records of candidate information
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as posting job openings, managing candidate pipelines, and responding to candidate inquiries
Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline recruitment processes
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all recruitment activities
Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and feedback
Coordination support on the implementation of a new ATS
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1-2 years\' experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records.
Proficiency in using scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems
Proficiency in office 365; primarily Outlook and Excel
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
Adherence to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information
