We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the hiring process by assisting with various tasks related to talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and employee relations. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging potential candidates.
Duties
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with hiring managers.
Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with employee relations activities as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience at the front of the pipeline.
