About the Role
This is not your typical recruitment role. We're looking for a recruiter who is both a talent matchmaker and a brand ambassador, someone who can bring our Wingstop culture to life while attracting top talent. You'll be out in the market, attending events, meeting people where they are, and ensuring that every interaction leaves them feeling the Wingstop vibe.
From shift leads to general managers , mid leadership and specialized roles you'll manage the full recruitment cycle and partner with our People & Culture team to design and execute a recruitment strategy that supports our rapid growth. You'll also help shape and amplify our Employee Value Proposition so candidates see why Wingstop is the place to be.
What You'll Do
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles from posting to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
Represent Wingstop at recruitment events, career fairs, and community activations.
Partner with People & Culture to develop innovative recruitment campaigns that resonate with our Gen Z audience and reflect our brand personality.
Leverage ATS tools to manage candidate flow, track metrics, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Share market insights and recommendations to support our scaling strategy.
Support the ongoing development and promotion of our Employee Value Proposition.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing, multi-location, retail, or hospitality environment.
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and deliver results in a high-growth setting.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, social recruiting, and talent pipeline management.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
Experience developing creative recruitment marketing strategies to engage a Gen Z audience.
Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for brand representation and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Energy, positivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
