to lead full-cycle recruitment across administrative, clinical, and operational teams. You are

at least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
, ideally within healthcare, tech, or startup environments.
You have a
proven track record
of hiring across multiple disciplines, including administrative, technical, and clinical roles.

You communicate with confidence and clarity, and know how to
influence stakeholders
and guide hiring decisions.
You're proficient in modern recruitment tools (e.g., ATS platforms), and ideally have experience with
Slack, Asana, and Google Suite

You have
a Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
The Role:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process
across departments, including clinical providers, internal hires, and support staff.
Act as a strategic partner
to department heads and leadership by understanding evolving hiring needs and aligning recruitment efforts accordingly.
Develop compelling job descriptions
and targeted sourcing strategies to attract mission-aligned professionals.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
to assess both skill set and cultural alignment.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
to support both immediate hiring goals and long-term organizational growth.
Lead offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding
, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Utilize data-driven insights
to optimize time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
