Full-cycle recruiting including job advertising, screening applicants, conducting first interviews, completing reference checks and making offers of employment
Facilitate internal transfer applications and track Associate Referral Bonuses
Onboarding of new hires including coordinating training, facilitating orientation, order uniforms, create ID tags
Maintain professional relationships with leaders to build awareness of their hiring needs and job specifications
Represent Boardwalk at career fairs and various corporate events
Create and submit reports and recommendations based on recruiting trends
Update Associate employment records and files in a timely and confidential manner
Interpret and apply Human Resources policies, procedures and programs and convey accurately to Associates and Leaders
Produce compensation surveys and various other reports as required by the department
Assist in the implementation and communication of new Human Resource initiatives
Other tasks as required
Education
Bachelor\'s degree or certificate in Human Resources Management strongly preferred
Minimum two years of experience in recruitment
Technical requirements
Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce an asset
Strong knowledge of Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel
