Responsible for:
Providing efficient, attentive and friendly service to the guest Adherence to established standards Supervising and Ensuring staff are following established standards Practices good customer relations and suggestive selling

General Duties:
Reports to work on time and in full uniform Follows established sign in/out procedures Knowledge of services offered in the hotel Maintains staff adherence to established standards Maintains staffing levels and provides training Maintenance and cleanliness of work area (pools, change rooms, corridors, and grounds) Maintains guest adherence to regulations of areas Maintenance and cleanliness equipment and storage spaces Maintenance and organization of recreation supplies Greeting guests in a friendly manner Other duties as assigned by management Informs manager of guest comments promptly

Appearance and Grooming
+ Clean uniform
+ Neat hairstyle
+ Clean fingernails
+ Shoes clean
+ Shower daily
+ Use of mild cologne and deodorant
+ Name tag
+ Minimum jewelry
Service
+ Arranges and cleans furniture, fixtures, equipment
+ Ensures cleanliness of areas
+ Provides towel service for pool deck
+ Removes any abandoned debris, clothing, towels from area
