Recreation Attendant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the facility
- Pool and Spa Chemical testing
- Pool and Spa Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules and regulations
- Set up and tear down equipment for events or activities
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Class bookings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $17.70-$18.00 per hour
