We are seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Asset Recovery and Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with vendors while identifying the best interests of the company. You will be reviewing and making decisions on inventory within company guidelines in a timely manner. You will also be working closely with other team members while independently making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day review of inventory
• Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation
• Validate and confirm required documentation is on file
• Communicate with vendors in a productive and professional manner
• Manage vendor expectation with company interests in mind
• Follow directions and procedures based on the provided workflow
• Perform other administrative functions as required

We are looking for a candidate with...

• General Vehicle and/or Power Sports knowledge
• Work experience in the automotive industry
• A good understanding of the Remarketing Process
• Strong interpersonal skills for vendor communication
• Experience in reading and reviewing Condition Reports highly desired
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Capacity to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Working Environment

• Fulltime, permanent employment (40 hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
• Working onsite in our office in Pickering, ON
