We are seeking a permanent, full-time experienced Records and Facility Management person to join our Fredericton office.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES



Maintain onsite and off-site storage of files; Equipment and facilities management; Delivery runs to banks and court of time sensitive documents; Purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies and other sundries; Stocking photocopy and office supply areas; Assists the Office Manager with office moves; Responsible for mail retrieval and distribution; Assist with special projects assigned by local office manager; Assist with keeping office areas clean, neat and tidy; and Additional duties as directed by office manager.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



College Diploma or equivalent combined with 1 - 2 years' experience in records management; Excellent communication, spoken and written proficiency in English is a must; A highly motivated team player and the ability to work independently; Strong Microsoft Office skills; word, excel and outlook; and Punctuality, attention to detail coupled with strong organization and time management skills are a must.
