We\'re looking to hire a Recon Operations Analyst to be a part of our Rogers Media Team reporting to Manager, Media Billing. As a Recon Operations Analyst you will be ensuring we continue our service delivery through greater efficiencies and an ever-improving customer experience. The Recon Operations Analyst will focus efforts on successfully measuring and understanding the Media business reconciliation needs while providing insights and recommendations to achieve our strategic direction.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Accountable for reconciliation duties for all Media Platforms (TV, Digital, Sports etc.)
• Accountable for reconciliation reporting deliverables (K2 Tool, Semi-annual SOX requirements etc.)
• Responsible for the improvement and documentation of existing and new processes
• Participate in the implementation of systems for the reconciliation component by ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Business Testing of System upgrades for all Platforms (TV, Sports, and Digital etc.)
• Keep our business stakeholders informed of progress for reconciliation deliverables (Finance, Sales etc.)
• Assist other members of the team in their duties and Assist the Sr Recon Operations Analyst
• Research and resolve a variety of internal customer queries (Internal Business Support, Support)
• Subject Matter Expert for reconciliation knowledge in all Media Systems
• Provide internal clients upon request, copies of sources documentation (invoices, detailed reports) which will assist in expediting payments from clients
• Consulting on efficiencies and troubleshooting for Recon reporting purposes
• The role supports the Credit/Adjustment Process. They communicate with all interlocks to help understand the rationale in order to support decisions made by Finance, MPI, and Sales Leadership.
• Ensure compliance of company\'s standard operating procedures and SOX requirements are met.

What you\'ll bring:

• Order Management system knowledge (MSG, S4M, Operative 1, WideOrbit, V21 and SGI)
• Understanding of Rogers\' internal processes is an asset
• Ability to manage critical and complex files
• Autonomous, rigour and strong organizational skills, problem solving, Customer Experience Knowledge an asset
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
• Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
