Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principales

R\xc3\xa9ceptionne les marchandises et les contr\xc3\xb4les quantitativement et qualitativement par rapport aux bons de livraison et de commande ;

Centralise les besoins de tous les d\xc3\xa9partements ;

Saisit les informations de r\xc3\xa9ception des marchandises dans un logiciel d\xc3\xa9die tout en veillant \xc3\xa0 la conformit\xc3\xa9 de ces marchandises avec le/les bon(s) de commande initial(aux);

Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les d\xc3\xa9partements disposent des produits dont ils ont besoin, conform\xc3\xa9ment aux directives de la marque et de la direction des achats Groupe ;

Met \xc3\xa0 jour les prix, les stocks qu\'il valorise ;

Analyse les \xc3\xa9carts de consommations ;

Contr\xc3\xb4le les mouvements de marchandises ;

Applique les consignes en mati\xc3\xa8re de bons de commande, bons de livraison, facturation ;

Transmet les documents administratifs \xc3\xa0 la comptabilit\xc3\xa9 pour paiement des factures ou selon le mode d\'organisation comptable peut saisir les factures en informatique avant leur transmission au service comptable ;

Etablit un tableau de bord des ratios ;

Veille au respect des r\xc3\xa8gles de paiement impos\xc3\xa9es par la l\xc3\xa9gislation (d\xc3\xa9lais) ;

Tient \xc3\xa0 jour, valorise et contr\xc3\xb4le les \xc3\xa9carts entre les fiches de stocks et le stock r\xc3\xa9el ;

Informe le Responsable Restauration des commandes \xc3\xa0 passer en fonction des stocks et des besoins estim\xc3\xa9s selon les pr\xc3\xa9visions d\'activit\xc3\xa9 ;

Effectue les inventaires du magasin en collaboration avec le responsable restauration ou tout responsable d\xc3\xa9sign\xc3\xa9, conform\xc3\xa9ment aux proc\xc3\xa9dures administratives et comptables de la marque ;

Tient son responsable inform\xc3\xa9 de toutes anomalies constat\xc3\xa9es ;

Qualifications et comp\xc3\xa9tences recherch\xc3\xa9es

Le candidat doit s\xe2\x80\x99exprimer id\xc3\xa9alement en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais;

Doit \xc3\xaatre capable de soulever constamment des stocks lourds (jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 50 lb);

D\xc3\xa9montrer un haut niveau d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9thique, d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 et de professionalisme en toutes situations;

Travailler en harmonie avec ses coll\xc3\xa8gues et ses sup\xc3\xa9rieurs hi\xc3\xa9rarchiques;

Purchasing Receiver

Department: Purchasing

Reports to: Purchasing Manager

Status: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: 25.66$

Responsibilities

Receives goods and controls them quantitatively and qualitatively in relation to delivery and order vouchers;

Centralizes the needs of all departments;

Enters information when receiving the goods into a dedicated software while ensuring that these goods follow the original order vouchers;

Ensure that departments have the products they need, in accordance with brand and group purchasing guidelines;

Controls the movement of goods;

Orders coordination, delivery orders, billing;

Transmits administrative documents to Finance for payment of invoices

Establishes a ratio dashboard;

Ensure compliance with the payment rules imposed by the legislation (delays);

Maintains, values and controls the discrepancies between inventory listings and actual inventory;

Informs Food and Beverage Managers of orders to be placed according to stocks and needs estimated according to the activity forecast;

Performs store inventories in collaboration with the catering manager or any designated manager, in accordance with the brand\'s administrative and accounting procedures;

Keeps their manager informed of any anomalies found;

Qualifications and Skills Desired

The candidate ideally speak fluently in French and English;

Must be able to constantly lift heavy inventory (up to 50 lbs.);

Demonstrate a high level of ethics, integrity and professionalism in all situations;

Working in harmony with colleagues and superiors;

Excellent general understanding of the hospitality industry;

Respect for the confidentiality of the information processed;

Ability to withstand stress during closing periods;

Product and market knowledge;

Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards;

Mastering the Windows environment;

Methodical and rigorous;

A degree in hotel management is preferable;

6 months+ of experience as a receiver, preferably in a hotel;
