Our receptionist team are multi-taskers who work on the sales floor at a Customer Service desk. This is not a desk job. Qualifications: Ability to work effectively, both independently, and as part of a team, in a demanding work environment that experiences a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service skills
• Out-going and enjoy working with people
• Very organized with a high attention to detail
• Excellent grammar & spelling
• Proficient in the following software: Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette

Personal Qualities: The candidate will possess excellent organizational and computer abilities. Foundational office experience or knowledge of operations is required. Responsibilities: The following will be the primary responsibilities of the position:

• Answer the telephone and respond to emails
• Confirm dates for bulk deliveries
• Preparing documents for the company using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Building rapport and following up with customers
• Entering and accessing information into our client database program
• Preparing mail outs
• General cleaning duties and perform other tasks as needed
• Cashier and sales duties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-40 per week Salary: From $14.00 per hour Benefits:
