• D\'acceuillir les clients qui rentre en concession
• D\'assigner les clients au vendeur
• Ecrire des notes dans les dossier des clients
• Confirmer les rendez-vous
• Autres taches assign\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9ceptioniste pour aider la progression de la concession

We are looking for candidates who are looking for a career as a Receptionist The employee will have the responsibility:

• To welcome the customers who come into the dealership
• Assigning customers to the salesperson
• Write notes in the customer\'s file
• Confirm appointments
• Other tasks assigned to the receptionist to help the dealership progress

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
• dealership receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• French and English (preferred)
