Domfoam Inc. est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'une r\xc3\xa9ceptionniste.
T\xc3\xa2ches quotidiennes:
- R\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels et les transf\xc3\xa9rer au bon d\xc3\xa9partement ou division.
- Estamper, trier et distribuer le courrier.
- Acheminer les enveloppes et colis par la poste.
- Accueillir les visiteurs (g\xc3\xa9rer les badges, application).
- R\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions des clients et les diriger aux bonnes personnes.
- Autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes.
Exigences :
- Connaissance des logiciels Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Bonne ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\xe2\x80\x99anglais
- D\xc3\xa9tenir une formation ou de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en lien avec le poste.
Profil :
Courtoisie, entregent, autonomie, d\xc3\xa9brouillardise.
