Our client, an organization working in the field of health for seniors, is looking to hire a receptionist/administrative assistant for their downtown Montreal office.

Advantages
- 37.5 hours per week (at work) ;
- 3 weeks of vacations;
- Insurance (after 3 months) ;
- RRSP (after 3 months);
- Stable and human team;
- Salary between 42k$ and 50k$ (depending on experience);

Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls;
- Maintain the integrity of the database;
- Resolve certain member issues, call or email, to improve membership retention;
- Share appropriate information with members as needed;
- Work with the communications team to support email and postal mailings;
- Manage management and administrative activities related to the organization's activities;
- Ensure the filing and archiving of files;
- Write, type and format various types of documents;
- Greeting visitors;
- Compile certain data and information;
- Monitor the field of seniors' residences;
- Carry out all other tasks related to administration;

Qualifications
Education:
- DEP-DEC in office automation techniques or AEC in administration or DEP in secretarial studies or University degree in management, administration or
or in one of the disciplines of the health field;

Experience related to the job :
- Minimum of 2 years of secretarial/reception experience;
- Experience in managing information in a database (a considerable asset);
- Experience in managing information in a database (a strong asset);
- Data entry accounts payable and receivable information into accounting software (major asset)
- Excellent command of oral and written French;
- Knowledge of oral and written English (an asset);
- Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
Teams);
- Knowledge of the use of some CRM;
