We are seeking a well-rounded leader ready for growth with experience in the construction and real estate development industry. We are in search of an experienced, self-motivated and organized individual, who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy setting, to lead all aspects of our businesses in an efficient and productive manner.

You will be responsible for greeting guests and clients, handling administrative functions throughout the office and working with executive staff on administrative matters. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role requires a high degree of discretion, judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Role & Responsibility



Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain executive staff calendar regarding meetings, appointments and screen calls and visitors, being mindful of established priorities. Schedule and make all necessary arrangements for meetings and conferences such as the preparation and distribution of agenda and handouts, acquiring of meeting room and handling refreshments, accommodation, notification of participants, arranging for audiovisual or other equipment, preparing and issuing meeting notices, typing of minutes of the meeting. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team. Take ownership of and manage administrative functions within the office, including coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and handling key organizational tasks that support the smooth functioning of office activities.

Education and Experience



2-5 years of experience in an executive administrative support role (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Exceptional leadership and ability to work in a face-paced environment. Analytical and strategic thinker with great decision-making capabilities, highly organized, proactive nature and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and with flexible hours required to meet deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven communication proficiency Highly driven with a strong sense of initiative
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
