This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in utilizing multiple softwares, motivation towards developing new skills, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with clients and maintaining the store area clean. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
File and manage customer information systematically to ensure easy retrieval.
Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is required.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive attitude towards learning new processes and technologies.
