Responsibilities

Handle front desk duties, including managing phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize computerized systems for processing sales transactions and maintaining customer records accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all operational standards.

Experience

Ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience with upselling or cross-selling products. Strong verbal communication to effectively engage with customers. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
