Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring documents are organized and accessible
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and proofreading documents
Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
Support office operations through clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and organizing supplies
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
