Receptionist/rehab Aide Part Time Position

Job Description
Riverbend Physiotherapy is currently looking to hire a new receptionist/rehab aide who is enthusiastic, confident, positive and self-motivated to join our team!
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, and detail-oriented that is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
All training will be done during scheduled hours:
Hours are as followed:
Tuesday - 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Thursday - 4:00 pm. - 7:00 pm.
Possible Friday/Saturday
Anticipated Shifts:
Tuesday - 4:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
Thursday - 4:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m.
Holiday/Sick Leave Coverage
Potential Friday/Saturday Shift
Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Answer phones and direct calls Scheduling patients' appointments Collect and process payments Working with a variety of insurance companies Order supplies for the clinic Maintaining the clinic cleanliness
Requirements to apply for the position:
Eagerness to learn to skills Administrative/Reception experience is an asset Experience with Practice Perfect is an asset Great verbal and written communication skills Ability to efficiently work with technology Excellent multitask skills Ability to keep a consistent work ethic
