Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during events and parties. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As a Party Host, you will ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and that guests have a fantastic time.

Duties



Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event. Coordinate party activities and ensure all elements are executed according to plan. Manage setup and breakdown of party areas, including decorations and equipment. Greet families with a smile and friendly attitude Check guests in and out using our booking system Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries Process payments, memberships, and party bookings Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with promotional materials Assist with waivers, safety protocols, and general guest needs Support the team with light administrative tasks and event coordination Promote play packages, upcoming events, and party options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution. Utilize computer skills for data entry, filing, and administrative tasks related to event planning. Coordinate and manage kids' birthday parties and private events from start to finish Communicate with parents/guardians to customize party packages and themes Handle party setup, decoration, and cleanup Oversee party staff and ensure smooth event flow Manage the party schedule and room bookings Maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for kids and families Handle any last-minute changes or challenges with a smile

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication. Experience with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously. Clerical experience, including data entry, filing, and front desk operations. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette for effective communication. Typing proficiency for documentation purposes. Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
