The Monterey Vision Centre is a longstanding optical practice based in North East Calgary. We are a family-owned practice, passionately providing exceptional optometric/optical services to other families in and out of our community.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and driven individual to join our team! Because of the demographic we serve, it is highly preferable that our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Our ideal candidate will be a fast learner who thrives in a busy environment, has excellent communication skills, is detail oriented, fashion forward, and works very well with others.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Checking in patients, answering phones, booking appointments, direct billing insurance, managing documents, data entry and assisting with frame/sunglasses selection.

Experience is not required but a customer service and office background is preferred.
We are looking for candidates who can work part/full time between Tuesday to Friday until 7pm. Weekends are available but not required! You will receive paid training.
