Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated female Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Experience with the Jane App for direct-billing insurance and various other tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the reception environment.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage daily office operations and support the therapists & their needs.
Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
Maintain office organization through effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Strong customer support background with effective communication skills both written and verbal.
