We are recruiting for an important new team member to take responsibility for our reception and front office.
In addition to being the first point of contact for our clients, this position works closely with all members of our team and is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. As a result, strong computer skills and attention to detail are required.
Previous reception experience would certainly be an asset but is not essential.
People who have enjoyed and excelled in this role have a calm demeanor and a good sense of humor, they are both professional yet personable and love to learn new things. In addition, they take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, work well independently and as part of a team. They've also enjoyed holding responsibility in previous positions and have completed a post secondary degree or diploma.

The starting salary for this opportunity is $40,000 - $44,000 annually. Monday to Friday, 830 am to 430 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak.
