Receptionist/Office Assistant Our company is an oil & gas company in Canada. We are looking for a part/full-time receptionist/office assistant to join our team in downtown Calgary. \xc2\xb7 answering phone call, assist in document filing and mail correspondence \xc2\xb7 organize office activities and employee\'s attendance \xc2\xb7 preparing documentation, organizing meetings, and managing organizational documentation \xc2\xb7 may also be responsible for miscellaneous tasks like operating office equipment like photocopiers, voicemail systems, posting company policies in the office Requirements/Qualifications \xc2\xb7 no experience is needed, however, with IT or accounting background preferred \xc2\xb7 basic computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 use of Excel and Word documents \xc2\xb7 excellent interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Calgary, AB T2P 2Y3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
