The friendly face that greets people arriving at the dealership and directs visitors to appropriate person or area. Answers and forwards telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and performs other clerical duties.
Main Duties
Operate the switchboard to answer, forward telephone calls, taking messages, transferring to voicemail, and providing information as required.
Greet people as they first arrive at the dealership and direct them to appropriate person or area. Provide information to customers as needed.
Manage vehicle inventory - prepare vehicle files and window labels.
Filing in front office.
Record Vehicle warranty.
Prepare word processing functions for sales staff and management as required.
Operate and maintain general office equipment.
Manage dealership social media accounts

Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Ability to handle a multi-lined phone system for several staff members.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, and accurately handle a heavy volume of public enquires via telephone.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instruction.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Work well with minimal supervision, self-motivated, and a team player.
Knowledge of current office practices, procedures, and equipment operation.
Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and good keyboard skills.
Term Position for Maternity leave.
