We are a boutique firm specializing in real estate (primarily). We serve clients from a wide spectrum of backgrounds. We have individual clients buying their first home to seasoned investors buying multi-million-dollar commercial properties.
We are looking for a receptionist/junior assistant to add to our team. The person would be in charge of answering calls, communications with our clients, lenders, other staff and other law firms, performing tax searches, title searches and many other tasks. The below-mentioned qualifications are must haves for an ideal candidate:
Extreme attention to details;
Ability to multi-task and keeping track of multiple-items;
Commitment to the team, clients and provision of top-level services;
Ability to work well within a team and also independently; and,
Care for the clients and tasks assigned and willingness to grow and learn.
A previous office-related experience or a diploma in an admin-related field is a MUST.
