Receptionist/Inventory Controller

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday (8am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm)

We are on the look-out for someone with an administrative background who understand data entry, tracking, and reporting functions, along with having the personality traits of confidence and an eagerness to learn.

A Day in the Life

• Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
• Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
• Prepare the daily bank deposit, stocks vehicles and provide administrative support
• Complete website updates and maintain databases

A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, were looking for

• Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
